Below are links to maps for each terminal with accessibility services highlighted.

Prior Arrangements

Before you fly, calling your airline to arrange wheelchair services, oxygen requirements and other accommodations will help ensure a smooth experience at the airport. Most airlines have options through their reservations systems that allow travelers to identify specific needs.

Assistance at the Airport

Once you get to the airport, airline personnel, the MSP Customer Communications Office, and Travelers Assistance volunteers are available to assist and answer questions.

The Travelers Assistance central office and waiting area is located at Terminal 1 near the entrance to Concourse D. Inside Terminal 1, look for information booths in the following locations:

  • Departures Level between Doors 2 and 3
  • Entrance to Concourse A/B
  • Concourse C across from Gate C12
  • Airport Mall, near the entrance to Concourse E
  • Airport Mall, near the entrance to Concourse F
  • Arrivals Level between Doors 2 and 3

At Terminal 2, a Travelers Assistance information booth is located on Level 1, near Door 8 and Baggage Claim.

Vitals Aware Services

Vitals is a downloadable app that allows a person or caregiver to voluntarily provide real-time critical information about medical conditions, visible and invisible intellectual and developmental conditions, or disabilities, memory loss and mental health challenges. The customized account profiles often include de-escalation cues and techniques, behavior triggers, current medications, and other critical information for first responders. The app uses a Bluetooth feature that pings authorities when in proximity to the individual.

This partnership is a part of Travel Confidently MSP, an effort to provide travelers a safer experience on their journeys. Learn more about Vitals Aware Services.
